Wholesale voice is full of cheap routes that look excellent on a rate sheet and fall apart on a live call. Grey routes drop DTMF, mangle caller ID, add half a second of delay and fail to connect often enough that your team stops trusting the phones. We do not sell them.
VOIPNOX buys Tier-1 UK capacity and picks routes on answer-seizure ratio and audio clarity first. You get direct termination to UK landline and mobile destinations, with CLI passed through intact so your customers see the number you want them to see.

A 14-second call costs 14 seconds. No minimum call duration, no rounding up to the next minute, no connection fee.
CLI passthrough
Present your own verified numbers as caller ID so outbound calls show the identity your customers recognise and call back.
IP or credential auth
Authenticate the trunk by static IP or SIP credentials, whichever suits your network. Both are supported at no extra cost.
Capacity that scales
Add concurrent channels as you grow. Volume tiers apply automatically once your traffic justifies them — you do not need to renegotiate.
Engineer-led support
If a call sounds wrong, you reach somebody who can pull the SIP trace and tell you what actually happened on the leg.

Questions about our voice routes
No. Pay As You Go means you add credit and send traffic. There is no monthly minimum, no term commitment and no termination fee if you stop.
Any that speak standard SIP — Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Issabel, FusionPBX and most softswitches. If you would rather we built and managed the PBX as well, that is our Asterisk PBX service.
Yes. We support CLI passthrough for numbers you are entitled to present. Tell us which numbers you intend to use and we will verify them against your account.
Prepaid credit is itself the hard ceiling — an attacker cannot spend money you have not deposited. On top of that we apply destination restrictions and balance alerts, and our firewall service closes the door that let them in.
Calls already in progress are protected to a threshold and the portal alerts you well before zero. Auto top-up is available if you would rather never think about it.
