Yes, in either direction. Most customers start on Pay As You Go, then move to Managed Cloud PBX once they want us running the platform as well. Nothing is locked, so scaling back is equally straightforward.
Calls in progress are protected to a threshold, and the portal will alert you well before you reach zero. You can also set auto top-up so live traffic is never interrupted.
